Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Head of PPC from 1 year or PPC Team Lead from 2 years
• Experience in managing a team of 7 - people.
• Own Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics at a professional level.
• Experience in building department/team business processes.
• Experience in building a team motivation system.
• Experience in building team performance analytics.
• Experience in developing a road map and strategic planning at the level of your department.
• Experience in team training.
• High communication skills ( the ability to negotiate, to convince, to argue one's position).
• Proficiency in English from B2 level.

Responsibilities:

• Launch of new teams and management of current ones.
• Training, work control and professional development of Team Leads and PPC specialists.
• Hiring of new specialists to the PPC team.
• Regular communication with the department through meetings, meetings.
• Regular communication with TOP clients.
• Development, updating of rules and regulations at the department level .
• Implementation of new processes and control of their implementation.

• Optimization and improvement of the work processes of the department.
• Participation in strategic planning together with the C-Level of the company and implementation of all goals and KPIs, including financial indicators.
