Gamzix company, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry:

• was founded in March 2020 with a vision to redefine the world of online slot games

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the speed and quality of development
• Responsibility for the efficiency of development
• Full responsibility for establishing business processes within the development team
• Develop and mentor the Project Management (PM) team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence
• Set priorities and monitor the execution of tasks assigned to the PM team
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project features from inception to completion
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency and speed of development processes
• Ensure project risks are communicated and managed effectively to avoid disruptions
• Lead the scaling of teams and business processes as necessary to meet organizational goals
• Cross-departmental planning

Requirements:

• Management of multiple development departments (20+ people)
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with development teams and clients
• Responsibility and goal-oriented mindset (results are everything)
• Ability to assess the efficiency and speed of development
• Accelerating development based on metrics
• Development and mentorship of the PM team
• Quality and timely delivery of features to clients (from task to finished solution)
• Synchronization and interaction with internal departments of the company
• Successful experience in applying Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, and other project management methodologies

Will be a plus:

• Experience in IGaming

Hiring process:

• 1st interview — recruiter
• 2nd final interview — HRD/СОО.
