Head of Planning department in Ajax Manufacturing

The production process is provided by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished, testing and finished product. And also the experimental and technological department and the quality control department. Modern SMT and conveyor lines are installed at the production facility, key processes are automated and capacities are constantly being increased.

In connection with the active development of the company, we are looking for a Head of Planning department for our production.

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementing strategic plans in line with the organization's goals.
• Lead and mentor planning teams across a group of manufacturing locations (Ukraine, Turkey, Europe, Asia) to improve their skills and effectiveness.
• Development effective production schedules.
• Analysis of production opportunities and optimization of processes.
• Identification of potential production risks and development of their strategy warning.
• Tracking lead times, working with bottlenecks in the event of delays.
• Establishing short-term and long-term KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of goals.
• Maintaining and optimizing the existing structure navigation based on 1C, GoogleSheet and Power bi.
• Adaptation and preparation of production in the field of planning tools for involvement related departments within existing tools.
• Coordination of the project of transferring planning processes from existing tools to SAP S/4 HANA
• Participation in the optimization of the company's operating and production costs.

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Experience with production and production planning;
• Understanding supply chains;
• Working with European and Asian markets (supply, shipment);< /li>
• Experience of software transformations;
• Formation of business architecture, creation of business requirements for changing systems;
• Experience of automation processes;
• Excel, 1C, SAP (preferred);
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
