Your future responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of training strategy (mandatory, additional, hard&soft skills) and continuous development of retail employees business
  • Ensuring their professional growth, improving the skills of team members to achieve the bank's goals
  • Quality cooperation with the internal provider of training content, as well as with external partners
  • Execution training plan
  • Implementation of the latest and trending forms of training in order to ensure the continuous development of the skills of retail business team members
  • Budgeting, approval and control of expenses
  • Creating and monitoring the implementation of plans training
  • Determining the need for product development and based on a comprehensive assessment, the strategic goals of the company and business needs
  • Methodological development of training products
  • Maintenance of training base in LMS and internal wikipedia bank
  • Develops and conducts training events for employees of various levels

Your experience and skills:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience in L&D from 1 to 3 years
  • Knowledge of the English language - Upper-intermediate\В2
  • Initiative and willingness to work with complex tasks
  • Strategic thinking and focus on results
  • High analytical and communication skills
