1. Experience in a similar position of 3 years. Higher education in the field of personnel, psychology or adjacent industry. Perfect knowledge of labor legislation, topical changes, practical knowledge of personnel, military accounting, booking. Experience in checking (staff, military accounting). Practical experience in creating and implementing motivational policy and performance indicators. Formation and use of an effective evaluation system (practical experience of using techniques and tests). Development and implementation of standards and business processes.
