Head of personnel management in Ukrayinskiy nacionalniy ofis intelektualnoyi vlasnosti ta innovaciy / UKRNOIVI

Main tasks:

• organization and improvement of management work (personnel department, personnel selection and development department)
• employer brand development
• organization of selection, training and development personnel
• development of a goal management system, KPIs and analysis of the performance of tasks by structural units
• organization of work on the development of regulations, job instructions and other internal regulatory documents
• ensuring effective interaction of divisions within the framework of HR processes
• preparation of the annual estimate and control of its execution
• providing advisory assistance to heads of divisions on matters of personnel management

Our candidate has the following hard and soft skills:

• higher education
• additional education in the field of HR, personnel administration will be an advantage
• experience in a managerial position of 3 years or more in an organization of 500 or more employees
• teamwork orientation
• emotional stability
• proactivity
• expert knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and regulatory documents (KZpP; ZU "On vacations"; acts of the CMU)
