Tasks of the position:

• Personnel accounting
  • Creation of a unified system for storing personal and personnel information
  • Analysis of personnel administration processes, identification of areas for improvement, implementation of changes, automation
  • Monitoring and implementation of legislative changes
  • Participation in the project of implementation of electronic document flow. Study of legislation, assessment of opportunities, preparation of TK
  • Expert and documentary support of personnel decisions
  • Control of compliance with labor legislation, identification and assessment of risks, proposals and implementation of changes
  • Development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Preparation and participation in audits
  • Training and consulting of managers on the application of labor legislation
• < p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Military accounting
  • Tracking legislative changes, implementation in the company
  • Management of the military accounting process according to the latest changes, booking (the whole process)
  • Current work with TCC and military service by
  • Reporting

• Ensuring compliance with qualification requirements

  • Constant study of legislative news, control and implementation of changes
  • Risk analysis, proposals for implementation of changes
  • Control of compliance of medical personnel with qualification requirements
  • Reporting of the Ministry of Health
  • Organization of the training process, cooperation with educational institutions
  • Building a system of regular training on non-medical issues, control of compliance
  • Formation and control of the budget
