Key tasks:

  • Working with user engagement channels (social, display, google, web, app)
  • Testing and rotation of creatives, search trends and new ideas, preparation of TK for designers
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns , setting and executing KPI
  • Search new traffic channels, conducting test runs, A/B tests, analysis and optimization of results
  • Working with budgeting
  • Competitor analysis, adaptation and implementation of effective communications
  • Formation of the buyer team and its management (hiring, onboarding, management)

Experience and skills:

  • Experience in performance marketing 2+ years, management experience from 1 year
  • Knowledge of the English language at B2 level and above;
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Working with all the main performance tools: context, SEO, targeted advertising, programmatic (affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing will be a plus)
  • < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Practical experience of launching and developing new user engagement channels
  • Knowledge of how to set KPI/ROI for any type/type of traffic
  • Knowledge of data analysis methods and general digital marketing tools, including cohort analysis (user base segmentation, correlation building)
  • Understanding both the main purchasing indicators (CPC, CPI, Reach, frequency, etc.) and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (CPA, ROI, CAC, ARPU, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing.
