- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, designers, and developers. Inspire them to achieve excellence and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Optimize Conversion and ROI: Identify and prioritize the most effective advertising channels. Continuously refine the conversion funnel to maximize return on investment, ensuring that every marketing dollar is spent wisely.
- Budget Management: Oversee and strategically allocate the digital marketing budget. Balance cost-effectiveness with impactful results to achieve both short-term wins and long-term goals.
- Website and Content Strategy Oversight: Ensure that all web properties, including websites and portals, are optimized for performance, usability, and engagement. Drive the content strategy to align with the brand voice and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless, exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
Our Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in the digital space, with a strong background in managing websites, apps, and leading cross-functional teams
- Digital Expertise: Deep expertise in SEO, paid advertising channels, UX design, and data analytics, with a track record of driving customer-centric results.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Polish and English is essential. Strong communication skills are required to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing and continuous improvement.
