We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of People and Culture to lead our HR strategy and operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the employee experience, driving organizational development, and ensuring that our culture aligns with our business goals. This is a strategic leadership position, where you will work closely with the executive team to enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention, while championing a positive and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Developing and implementing the People & Culture strategy in alignment with UNIQA’s business objectives. Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and career development initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Employee Engagement: Fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration, ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. Learning & Development: Driving learning initiatives to enhance skill development and career growth across the organization. Diversity & Inclusion: Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace for all employees. Change Management: Leading organizational change efforts, including transformation initiatives, to ensure smooth transitions and sustained success. HR Operations: Overseeing HR policies, procedures, and compliance, ensuring legal and ethical standards are met. What we expect from you: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a corporate environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Passion for building and sustaining a positive organizational culture. Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
