Head of the online store in Knigolav

We are a Ukrainian publishing house that creates books that find their readers all over the country. Our company is actively developing, so we are looking for aKmanager of anonline store who will help scale online sales, improve customer experience and implement new ideas for development.

Main duties:

• development and implementation of the online sales strategy of the online store;
• launch and coordination of marketing activities together with the marketing team;
• management of store operational processes: work with orders, customer requests, optimization service;
• cooperation with IT partners on support, development and improvement of site functionality;
• cooperation with digital promotion contractors and control of the effectiveness of engagement channels;
• development of the assortment through the involvement of new publishers and partners;
• work with CRM, sales analytics, planning and reporting;
• monitoring of book sales market, trends and competitors.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in online sales (management of an online store or relevant in the direction of online sales);
• understanding of the principles of e-commerce development: sales, marketing, customer experience, analytics;
• experience of interaction with IT teams and digital promotion contractors;
• ability to negotiate and develop partnerships;
• proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level;
• responsibility, proactivity, ability to organize processes, determine priorities and work with a team.
