We invite to the team the Head of Department NPDKey tasks in this position: Creation of RND & NPD strategy. Formation and filling of the pipeline of innovations for 5 years (categories, products, processes, technical, technological, innovative solutions). Management of the process of collection and analysis of new and innovative solutions for the businesses of the Group of Companies and others branches. Management of RND & NPD processes by the Group of Companies. Formalization of RND & NPD processes. Formation of annual calendar plans of RND & NPD programs and projects, ensuring their implementation and PFA analysis of results. Formation, implementation and provision of forms and formats of work in the direction. Formation and management of target indicators of the direction. Management of reporting by direction, analysis and development of proposals based on reporting. Planning and organization of department work, organization of effective cross-functional interaction for the implementation of RND & NPD processes. Implementation of RND & NPD culture, implementation of management and development of personnel by processes RND & NPD. Budget management of the direction. Coordination of work with contractors in the direction. Key requirements: Knowledge of marketing, sales, trade marketing processes. Knowledge of technological production processes.
