Our community includes industry leaders like Ajax, Genesis, MacPaw, Monobank, Netpeak, Roosh, and other trailblazing tech companies.We are seeking a Head of Membership who will be a key team member responsible for the seamless functioning of the association in terms of member interaction, creating a conducive environment for them, and enhancing the conditions and procedures for membership acquisition.Responsibilities:Developing and executing strategies to increase membership and member engagement;Engaging with existing members: providing excellent customer service to address member inquiries, concerns, and requests;Identifying opportunities and co-design strategy to improve member retention and satisfaction (including polls instruments) to identify trends and areas for improvement;Maintaining “know your client” instruments: ongoing membership database (with big data elements), social networking, cooperation, etc;Maintaining “understand your competitors” instruments - ongoing monitoring of other tech associations and unions (content of service, events, streams, etc)Co-planning and managing members’ and co-partnership events;Collaborating with other departments;Internal IT-systems development (CRM etc)Hiring, leading, and managing the team.Requirements:At least 5 years of related professional experience (B2B sales, key account management, membership management);Strong understanding of the membership environment with a demonstrable track record;Experience in independently managing a project (from conception to implementation);Excellent customer service delivery skills;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative and under pressure;English proficiency level must be at least B1+;Experience in interacting with business associations in any role will be a significant advantage.Experience in interacting with Tech companies will be a significant advantage.What the company offers:Unique experience in building communications processes, especially within Tech companies;Exposure to top technological companies in Ukraine as your clients;Dynamic and friendly environment to inspire your best work;Iconic office location Kyiv downtown (Arsenalna metro station), modern co-working environment;Hhybrid work options.
