📌 What we expect from you:
• Experience in the position of Team Lead/Head from 2 years;
• Experience in building an infrastructure from 0 with a technical team;
• Understanding the principles of arbitration, traffic conversion;
• Experience in managing a team of 5 people: setting KPIs, monitoring execution,
analyzing results, building motivation systems;
• Experience in building a team of media buyers from 0;
• Thorough understanding of Nutra vertical business processes;
• Experience in working with Nutra offers;
• Experience in negotiation and acceptance of strategic decisions;
• Strong self-motivation, independence and passion for work;
• Having your own team of buyers will be an advantage!

📋Your perspective and ambitious tasks:
• Deploy infrastructure;
• Formation and management of a team of media buyers;
• Effective purchase and generation of traffic;
• Search for the most effective sources of traffic, scaling campaigns, increasing conversion;
• Evaluation, analysis of the effectiveness and results of the activities;
• Development and implementation of promotion strategies for specific sources and GEO;
• Participation in communication with partners.
