The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running profitable lead generation campaigns, managing traffic sources, and optimizing paid acquisition channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic paid media buying plans to generate high-quality leads.
- Optimize social traffic sources, specifically Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Manage and monitor daily traffic acquisition budgets, ensuring ROI-positive campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).
- Research and test new ad creatives and audience targeting strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, traffic analysts, and campaign managers.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media advertising, AI-driven media buying, and automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulatory requirements of Facebook and TikTok.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media media buying and lead generation.
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Proven success in running and optimizing high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading a team of traffic buyers or digital marketers.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, BI tools, and attribution models.
- Ability to identify, test, and scale profitable campaigns in different verticals.
- Understanding of compliance and regulations in social media advertising.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
