Job description

Head ofmeat and fish production

• Has specialized education
• Has work experience in the field from 1 to 3 years
• Has knowledge of technological processes and equipment
• Has experience in managing personnel and setting up production processes

In this position you will:

• Ensure the organization and control of processes in the production shop
• Control the implementation of sanitary and hygienic standards
• Control the implementation of technological processes
• Control the quality of products in accordance with state norms and standards of the company
• Control the flow of goods, profit, margin
• Ensure the organization and planning of the work of employees and their training
• Ensure the order of raw materials, perform work with the assortment
