We are looking for a strategic, creative and focused Head of Marketing to lead our team, strengthen the brand's position in the global market and ensure further business scaling.
Main responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the global marketing strategy of the ELAN professional brand line that meets business goals and promotes international growth.

Leadership and management of the marketing team: inspiring, mentoring and developing a team of brand managers, digital marketers, SMM managers and PR specialists.

Brand management: maintaining and strengthening the image of ELAN as an innovative and professional brand, an industry trendsetter.

Management of all promotion channels: coordination of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM, email, influence marketing), PR activities, new product launches and presence at international exhibitions/events.

Working with opinion leaders (influencers): development and implementation of effective strategies for cooperation with beauty bloggers and industry professionals. Market and consumer analysis:

deep study global beauty trends, the competitive environment and the needs of the professional audience to adapt the product line and marketing messages.

Budgeting and analytics:

planning, distribution and control of the marketing budget, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) in various markets.

Close cooperation with the R&D department (in-house production) and the sales department to coordinate product launches and ensuring synergy.

Key requirements:
Proven successful experience in a managerial position in marketing (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director) from 2 years, preferably in the field of cosmetics, FMCG or related industries.

Expertise in the beauty industry: Deep understanding of the specifics of the professional cosmetics market, trends and needs of craftsmen (eyebrows, lamimakers, make-up artists).

Strategic vision and global approach: Ability to develop and implement strategies that work in various international markets.Strong leadership qualities: Ability to build, motivate and develop a high-performing team.Analytical skills:

Data-driven decision-making, ability to work with web analytics and market research.Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Language skills: Fluency in Ukrainian and English (level - Intermediate B1) is desirable for international communication.
