Requirements:

• experience of Head of Marketing from 2 years.
• experience of marketing team management and selection personnel;
• understanding of the specifics of CPA channels, email/SMS marketing, seo and ppc;
• proactivity, ability to work for results;
• knowledge of English not lower than upper intermediate
• knowledge of Polish will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• management of the marketing department;
• development and control of the implementation of the promotion strategy through all channels (CPA, direct-marketing, seo, ppc);
• ensuring the implementation of plans for all channels;
• search for new marketing channels;
• analysis of the sales funnel and product;
• implementation of new solutions to improve the sales funnel and increase conversions.
