While Miss To Mrs® SHOP is quickly becoming the top online destination for premium personalized bridal apparel.Main Duties:Development and implementation of a comprehensive Internet marketing strategy for our company across paid channels, email/sms, social, organic and partner channelsPlanning, executing and improving the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns in the online environment, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and other platforms.Development and management of content strategy in social networks, especially new content creation with content creators, planning and publication of content, audience engagement and interaction with clients.Continuation of Email strategies to increase sales, A/B testing, trying new ideasContinuation of SEO strategies to increase website visibility in search enginesExperience with branding and ensuring all marketing assets align to brand standardsMonitoring and analysis of trends in Internet marketing and recommendations for the implementation of new tools and strategiesLead and mentor the marketing team, and use your strong project management skills to lead, track and monitor ongoing projects, campaigns and initiativesSkills & Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, direct-to-consumer marketing (e-commerce store and/or brand building experience is a big plus)An in-depth understanding and experience with various digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and understanding of SEO strategiesExperience leading a team and working cross-team or with external contractors or agenciesProven track record of developing end-to-end marketing strategies and managing campaigns across paid digital, email, and social mediaAbility to analyze data and use analytical tools and data to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaignsExperience work with tools such as Figma, website builder platforms, Customer Relationship Management SoftwareEnglish at Intermediate level (don't need to write copy, but need to communicate with partners and head office - written and spoken)Work experience in a creative fast-paced industry or startup environmentNice to Have:Experience working with content creators to create UGC-looking content to tell our brand storyAI tools for text, photo/video/voice creationExperience working using Brevo (SendInBlue)Experience working using TildaWe offer:A stable and competitive salary (USD).Full-time employment and a convenient work schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM—6:00 PM Kyiv time).Fully remote work (you work where it is convenient for you, without wasting time on commuting).Educational courses for professional growth after 3 months of employment with the company.The opportunity to implement your ideas and a wide field for your creative potential.New knowledge and professional development.Working in a friendly team of true professionals who will always support and help you.Join our team and help Miss To Mrs® become a leader in the global wedding e-commerce industry!
