We are looking for an active and experienced Head of Marketing B2C.
Main focus: digital marketing, lead generation as a result and offline marketing, in a smaller volume.
Your tasks will be:
- Product: creation, actualization, market launch and further development of the company's products and services.
- Buyer: buyer research and analytics. Goal: deeply understand buyer behavior and make data-based action decisions.
- Market. Analysis, understanding, consideration of the real situation.
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies for two business areas.
- Formation and management of the lead generation funnel: from creatives and content to applications in CRM.
- Responsibility for the results and indicators of all digital channels (Meta, Google, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, SEO).
- Launch and development of offline lead generation (events, partnerships, exhibitions, test drives, merch, local activations).
- Coordination of teams: Performance, Content, Offline.
- Definition of KPIs and monitoring of ROI, CPL, CAC, ROMI.
- Development and improvement of the analytics and reporting system.
- Initiation and testing of new hypotheses to reduce lead cost and increase conversion.
- Positioning: formation of a clear value proposition offers, messages, tone of voice and competitive advantage for different audiences and markets.
- Managing creative projects: videos, content series, brand awareness campaigns.
- Working with contractors, freelancers, media and partner structures.
- Building a strong marketing team with an emphasis on performance, innovation and balance.
Our expectations:
- 5+ years in marketing, of which at least 2 years in a leadership position (Head of Marketing), successful experience in Digital with demonstrable dynamics traffic scaling.
- Knowledge of the principles of organization and marketing research.
- Analytical experience, activity planning skills, budgeting.
- Experience in managing complex lead generation campaigns.
- Practical experience in launching offline activities and integrating them into digital.
- Start-up experiencepromotions, promotional campaigns, motivation and loyalty systems.
- Real cases of reducing CPL / increasing ROI / scaling channels.
- Managing teams (5–10 people) and contractors.
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data.
- Planning, launching and analyzing experiments.
- Accepting feedback, defending decisions reasoned.
