Your future challenges 

  • Optimizing digital marketing to increase ROI; 
  • Analysis of the current marketing strategy for its adaptation and improvement; 
  • Development of analytical tools for comprehensive assessment of marketing indicators; 
  • Increasing brand recognition and market expansion.  

How will you influence the product

Team management:

  • Combine a long-term strategic vision with the achievement of specific and measurable short-term goals; 
  • Manage a team to achieve a high level of efficiency. Build a result-oriented culture; 
  • Motivate, train and develop the team; 

Marketing technologies and digital marketing:

  • Plan and manage marketing automation processes through appropriate platforms and tools to reduce manual routine tasks and increase; 
  • Plan and manage a multi-channel digital strategy taking into account the main goals of the company; 
  • Develop customer segmentation and manage CRM campaigns; 

Strategy:

  • Manage mobile marketing strategy; 
  • Manage performance marketing aimed at measurable results; 
  • Create a marketing strategy for brand management and positioning to increase market share; 
  • Deal with strategic management and planning of marketing budgets; 

Analytics:

  • Manage and integrate analytical tools to collect and analyze data to study conversions at each stage and understand where customers are lost; 
  • Develop and implement the customer journey, understanding the holistic picture of the user experience, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing the customer journey; 
  • Analyze and interpret data in order to optimize marketing strategies. 


    Skills that are important to us

  • < li>5+ years in the field of marketing; 
  • 3+ years in a managerial position; 
  • English Intermediate+;  
  • Understanding of multi-channel digital marketing and the basic principles of building campaigns and the most effective platforms to ensure planned indicators; 
  • Ability to create reports and interpretation of results in Google Analytics, Firebase, Power BI, etc.; 
  • Ability to build user segments and establish effective communication channels with them, automation of communication; 
  • Ability to analyze the target market, competitors and build an effective strategy to achieve business goals; 
  • Ability to create and implement marketing strategy and brand development management; 
  • Understanding the principles of budgeting and building campaigns focused on ROI (ROMI); 
  • Ability to build and establish effective communication in the marketing team and cross-team communication in order to solve work tasks with a minimum amount of effort and time.
