Head of Marketing in SIM-Networks

The company Sim-Networks Ukraine (a subsidiary of the German Netversor GmbH) invites to its team the Head of the Marketing Department in IT sphere.

Your duties:

• Organization and control of the work of the marketing department;
• Analysis of market trends, sales dynamics, price policy, consumer behavior, competitive environment, development of recommendations;
• Formation and implementation of marketing strategy;
• Development and implementation of tactical marketing measures;
• Budgeting of marketing measures;

• Organization of external communications;
• Organization and holding of seminars, exhibitions;
• Formation of corporate style and monitoring of its compliance;
• Participation in the development of the company website together with the development team.

You need to have:

• Higher education in the field of marketing;
• Knowledge of the English language not lower than B2 level;
• Knowledge and experience in the field of marketing research of market niches, in IT sphere — a huge plus!;
• Experience of participating in the development (independent development) of the company's marketing strategy (B2B, B2C), for an IT company — a huge plus!;
• Development experience and implementation of tactical marketing activities;
• Ability to make presentations;
• Proficiency in CorelDraw, PhotoShop application programs is an advantage!;
• Experience in project management, including as a product owner;
• Knowledge of tools (jira, confluence, etc.) and methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.) is a definite plus;
• Close cooperation with web developers.
