In connection with the expansion of the team, we are opening a vacancy - Head of Investment!

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of investment attraction strategies for construction projects.

  • Searching for potential investors and concluding agreements with them.

  • Assessment of financial attractiveness of projects and preparation of financial models. Creation and updating of models for calculating financial indicators of investment projects.

  • Negotiations with investors and other stakeholders.

  • Management of relations with otherstrustees, investment funds and banking institutions.

  • Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of investment projects.

  • Monitoring of financial activity and reporting on the results of investment projects.

  • Monitoring and analysis of market trends and the competitive situation on the market.

  • Mentoring and managing the team responsible for investment projects.

  • Supporting work with investment managers and other specialists in the field of finance.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Investment attraction: Development and implementation of investment attraction strategies for construction projects, search for potential investors and conclusion of agreements with them.

  • Financial planning: Assessment of the financial attractiveness of projects, preparation of financial models and analysis of their effectiveness.

  • Investor relations management: Negotiations with investors, maintaining relations with investment funds and other stakeholders.

  • Risk management: Analysis of market trends, competitive situation and risks, development and implementation of risk minimization strategies.

  • Strategic planning: Participation in the development and implementation of company development strategies, determination of priority areas of activity.

  • Compliance with standards and legislation: Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with corporate law and corporate finance, fulfilling the requirements of theinnovation and regulatory requirements.

  • Team development: Management and team development.

  • Reporting and analytics: Preparation of reports on the company's SEO activities, analysis of the effectiveness of measures and recommendations for further strategies.
