Now we are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to join our team. Responsibilities: Management of the IT support department, ensuring effective distribution work and monitoring the performance of tasks. Prioritization of tasks, organization of team work to achieve goals. Management of a team of 6+ employees. Optimization of department workflows and implementation of DevOps approaches. Execution and implementation of internal projects and tasks. Management, motivation and development of the team. Requirements: Experience in managing a team of IT specialists (4+ years), the number of subordinates from 4 people. Experience in system administration, including Linux. Experience in supporting external IT servers (eg AWS, G-Suite, etc.). Understanding of ITSM standards. Experience in configuring Apache 2 web servers , Nginx. Experience with mysql, postgres only at the level of administrative tasks (backup, data restoration, server administration). Understanding of information security principles, configuration and management of protection systems (firewalls, antivirus programs, intrusion detection systems). Developed management skills, high self-organization level.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).Automation experience with Ansible (preferred).Ci/Cd (Jenkins) automation and organization skills (preferred).
