About the client:Our client is a product IT company developing a leading ride-hailing service. Every day, the client's powerful team pumps out one of the largest infrastructures in the market of Ukraine and beyond, ensuring the interaction of drivers and riders.The company creates a high-load product, behind which are hidden ambitious technological challenges, continuous innovation and non-obvious moves. The company's work framework is to test new hypotheses, push their ideas and use the latest technology stack. About the role:We are looking for a Head of Information Systems who will join the team.Requirements:- 7–10 years of work experience in the field of IT, of which at least 5 years in management positions.- Experience in managing large IT teams (35+ specialists), managing complex infrastructure projects, implementing IT security policies, access management, and data protection.- Knowledge of business process management tools (Jira, Confluence) and documentation systems.- Skills in analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes in several departments of the company.- Experience in project and infrastructure management, including planning, resource allocation, execution control, system administration, network architecture, and database management.- Experience in supporting Single-Sign-On (SSO) and identity management systems (IAM).- Experience in access management (RBAC, ABAC) and automation of these processes.- Knowledge and practical experience of implementing ITSM processes and ITIL.- Strong leadership and management skills: the ability to successfully lead a team, motivate employees, and organize the efficient work of the department. Nice to have:- Understanding of cloud solutions, in particular, AWS. Responsibilities:1. Formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of internal IT services following the business strategy.- Responsible for maintaining and developing internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and workstations.- Support and optimization of business-critical systems such as GitLab, HiBob, ZTA, and other key tools.- Ensuring uninterruptedoperation of corporate services.- Management of IT assets, equipment, and software licenses.2. Ensuring the development and automation of business processes.- Analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.- Introduction of new IT solutions to improve internal processes.- Documentation of systems and processes and development of solutions for automation of routine operations.3. Ensuring IT security.- Implementation of security policies and ensuring compliance of internal systems with security standards and regulatory requirements.- Cooperation with the Information Security team to protect internal IT systems and corporate data.4. Project Management.- Introduction of new IT solutions and technologies to support the company's operational activities.- Ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects within the budget and deadlines, including modernization of systems and scaling of infrastructure to meet the needs of a growing company.5. Management of subordinate directions, budget, and costs.- Internal IT Infrastructure and Business Process Units.- Planning, optimization, control of costs for software, infrastructure, and licenses.6. People Management.- Ensuring a high level of qualification and motivation of the team, managing the development of the department's personnel.
