Tasks:
- Managing the full cycle of HR processes at the enterprise
- Improving the recruiting process at the enterprise (search for new personnel search channels, interaction with educational institutions, independent participation in closing key vacancies, etc.);
- Organization and control of personnel and military accounting in the company;
- Update and support of the employee adaptation system;
- Development and implementation of projects to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of employees and business processes enterprises;
- Update and organization of the system of training, evaluation and development of employees, system of working with a personnel reserve;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the current organizational structure of the enterprise and development of proposals for its change;

- Efficiency analysis, development and implementation of personnel motivation systems (material and immaterial);
- Labor market monitoring;
- Development of the enterprise's corporate culture and the organization of corporate events
- Interaction with department heads and their coordination on issues of HR processes, evaluation of the moral and psychological atmosphere in departments;
- Automation of key HR processes;
- Development of policies and procedures that regulate HR processes of the enterprise;
- Planning and analysis of the use of the budget of the HR division
Expectations from the candidate:
- Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of HR director, HRBP or head of the HR department
- Understanding all HR processes
- Flexibility in communications< /li>
- Initiative and creative approach to solving tasks
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze, argue one's point of view, predict risks using analytics and numbers
- Ability to multitask
