In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for a

Head of HR. :

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position (required);
• experience of working with personnel document management of manufacturing, construction companies different levels;
• experience of working as a head of the personnel administration department;
• perfectknowledge of KZpP, fundamentals of personnel accounting.

Responsibilities:

• organizing the work of the personnel administration department;
• work on registration of employees of the necessary professions, specialties and qualifications according to with the goals, strategy and profile of the enterprise;
• recruitment, dismissal, transfer of employees, control of their placement in the company's divisions;
• department reporting in accordance with legislation.
