We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources.

Functional:

< li>Full cycle of personnel document flow: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, dismissal, vacations, sick days of employees in accordance with current legislation; , calculating the length of service, issuing a certificate on the labor activity of employees;
• Maintaining and making changes to the company's staff list;
• Internal reporting for the company's management and for government bodies;
• li>Maintenance of military records at the enterprise;
• Preparation and transfer of personnel documents to the archive;
• Consultation of employees on issues of labor legislation;
• Search and selection of personnel.< /li>

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Constitution of Ukraine, legislative and regulatory acts in the field of labor on military accounting;
