What is important to us:

  • Higher education (preferably legal or in the field of personnel management). li>
  • Experience of working in a similar position for 3-5 years.
  • Experience of working in large, systemic companies (finance, banks) with a staff of 700-1000 employees will be an advantage.
  • li>In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (CPC of Ukraine and other legislative acts, with systematic tracking of changes).
  • Confident PC user (1C, ZUP, BAS, Excel, Outlook).
  • Skills work in the mode of a large number of requests.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Experience in implementing personnel policies and procedures. 
  • High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team. 
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.

Tasks:

  • Development and implementation of personnel policy company, in accordance with legal requirements and corporate standards. 
  • Implementation of direct management of the department of personnel administration and adaptation.
  • Control of the work of personnel administration inspectors regarding the correctness of registration of employment, transfer, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, entry into 1C database of complete information about employees.
  • Monitoring legislation in personnel changes and accounting.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company regulations. 
  • Consulting heads of structural units on issues of labor relations, personnel procedures and conflicts. 
  • Management of documentary support for personnel processes (personal files, employment contracts, etc.).
