Government Rear Operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel -lubricants for the needs of the military.

Main responsibilities:

• Control of the execution of labor legislation, local acts and administrative documents by the head. enterprises on personnel issues.
• Coordination of the process of hiring, firing and transfer of employees.
• Full personnel administration of the enterprise and coordination of military accounting.
• Development of regulations and positions instructions.
• Preparation and updating of documentation related to personnel issues.
• Formation of the annual vacation schedule of employees.
• Management and processing of sick leave and vacations.

• Ensuring compliance with the legislation and the company's internal regulations in the field of personnel issues.
• Processing employee time sheets.
• Management of personal files of employees.
• Compilation of reports on work with personnel established in the company.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the field of personnel administration in large companies.
• Expert knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and other regulatory documents that regulate personnel administration issues.

• Ability to work in electronic data processing systems.
• Experience in keeping military records.
• High communication skills and the ability to work with people.
• A confident user of programs Microsoft Office.
