• Experience in the position of head of 1 year;
• Experience with projects of different scale and complexity;
• Ability to work with pro-documentation and specialized programs (AutoCad, Revit); in the team;

• Organization and coordination of the department's work, ensuring effective performance of projects. 400 "> Control over the performance of project work, terms and budget. 400 "> Cooperation with contractors and equipment suppliers.
