We are in search of a talented individual who is passionate about data research and operating creative lead generation strategies that get results.
We're a small startup based in Krakow, Poland. We are partnered with some of the best software development companies in the country and will eventually expand to Ukraine as well. We market to businesses that are potentially in need of software development assistance (minimum projects are around $50k+) and connect them with engineering teams within our network that best match their project.
We mostly focus on finding new business opportunities in the US market, (which is where our founder is originally from) so this position requires an excellent grasp of the English language, especially written. Your job will be to market our services to companies that match our ICP (ideal client profile) through a variety of different methods, creating warm prospects for the sales team.
Ideal candidate must have:
-At least 2 years experience in data researcher and business development (ideally for tech/ software industry)
-Savvy with Sales Navigator
-Ability to manage multi-channel cold outreach campaigns via email and linkedin
-Ability to market research individual companies and identify what is unique about their product or service
-Advanced written English
-Comfortable with Excel/ Google Sheets to track metrics and makes sense of our daily outreach activities
-Knowledge of email deliverability
-Can work remote. We'd love for you to relocate to Poland at a later stage if you would like!
Not required but great if you have some experience with:
-AI writing tools
-Linkedin Outreach
-Software development/ IT services
