Head of graphic design management in WOG

We invite a Head of Design Management to join our team. Join us! 

The job is WOG, because you will be engaged in:

• development of complex advertising companies: product, charity, trade marketing, image
• formation of a road map of projects, determination of which projects are made "in-house", and where in which outsource and outstaff are involved in the scope
• development of the concept for Private Label, visual standards of products, packaging and promotion
• development of the concept of presentation in social networks (independently or with the involvement of agencies)
• li>development of souvenir, gift branded products and branded merch, both of the network as a whole and individual TMs
• team management: distribution of functions, coaching teams, coordination, administration, setting tasks and control of executive discipline
• coordinating work with advertising agencies and production studios
• administration: control of budget use within the area of ​​responsibility, control of formalization at the level of contracts, acts, acceptance of work from subcontractors (with the involvement of the accountant-accountant resource)
• organization of photo and video shooting, sound design and audio recording videos by subcontracting.
