We are looking for a colleague for the position of Head of the GR department.

Main the purpose of this position:Coordination, support and implementation of activities in the field of relations with state authorities, local self-government bodies, industry stakeholders, business associations, non-governmental organizations, opinion leaders, as well as in the field of corporate social responsibility, implementation social innovations and practices of sustainable development, development of social partnership of the company and support of communities and communities.

Main responsibilities:

    • Building a stable reputation of the Company as an expert in the field and a reliable partner and economic player.
    • Delivering key company messages through personal communication, media, events and other channels
    • Participation in working groups, meetings and meetings of committees and working groups in the Verkhovna Rada, KMU, etc.

    • Correspondence with state authorities on general business issues (requests for clarification of legislation, appeals in the event of crisis situations with risks to the stable operation of the company, etc.).
    • Monitoring and analysis of government programs , programs of ministries and services, the plan of law-making activities of the parliament, etc. and the assessment of their impact on the Company's activities.
    • Organization of participation in business community events, organizing speeches of the Company's key persons by profile, preparation of speakers.
    • Supporting constant communication with NGOs (public organizations) operating in the Company's field of activity and interests.
    • Search and implementation of joint projects to strengthen ties with specialized NGOs.
    • Development and constant updating of the stakeholder map.
    • Continuous updating of the legislative, regulatory and fiscal issues map (GR issues map).
    • Monitoring of legislative and regulatory initiatives.
    • Sending initiatives that can affect business torelevant structural subdivisions of the Company for commenting.
    • Communication with the main associations; representation of the Company's interests at the association level.
    • Participation in working groups, committee meetings, meetings with representatives of government bodies and other events on behalf of the Company or the association.
    • Development and implementation of strategy and annual plans companies with CSR, sustainable development and ESG.

We expect from you:

  • Higher education: Natural sciences, Social and political sciences, International relations, Journalism and information, Law, Economics and entrepreneurship, Management and administration, Humanities, Pharmacy.< /strong>
  • Considerable work experience from 7 yearsyears;
  • Level of knowledge of the English language - Above average ( Upper Intermediate B2)
  • Knowledge of the state system and the distribution of functions between branches of government, a thorough understanding of the political landscape.
  • Perfect knowledge of the legislative process and the process of development and adoption of bylaws, regulatory and individual acts.
  • Knowledge of the basic legislation of Ukraine - the Constitution , Codes, laws regulating business activity in Ukraine. Knowledge of basic legislation in the field of health care, customs and tax legislation.
  • Knowledge of the principles and acts of European legislation and key areas of approximation of national legislation with EU legislation in accordance with the Agreement on Association between Ukraine and the EU.
  • Knowledge of the regulation of the pharmaceutical industry, legal problems of the legal regulation of the circulation of medicinal products and the legal regime for the protection of intellectual property rights.
  • Knowledge of the tools of the GR function (construction of risk and opportunity maps, contact maps, monitoring of legislative initiatives, formulation of the Company's position, development of GR and communication campaigns).
  • Availability of a wide base of contacts among political stakeholders, knowledge of business negotiation tactics.
  • Availability of concrete recorded successful examples of advocacy of business interests .
  • Knowledge of normative design techniques, experience of law-making work on draft laws and drafts of subordinate regulatory legal acts.
  • Knowledge of international standards and ethical ruleslobbying.
  • Experience of successful interaction between business and civil society, implementation of social impact initiatives, effective humanitarian response activities.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing the principles of ESG-management of sustainable development and ensuring the stability, sustainability and adaptability of the company, building social partnership and corporate responsibility.
  • Knowledge of project management standards (PMBOK, |IPMA (Competence Baseline Version 2.0), ISO 9000, P2M, СР3М (ОРМ3), etc.).
