About the position:
You manage profitable meat semi-finished products for HoReCa. Your decisions shape the product, processes and sales — and directly affect your profit.
To understand the scale:
One average hotel during the season consumes ?1 ton of meat per month.
With a margin of 30–35%, the company’s gross profit from one facility is ?350,000 UAH every month.
You receive half of this profit as the head of the direction, and your task is to scale the system to dozens of clients.
Your profit grows with efficiency and scale of work. You don't just manage the production - you manage the business line.
Responsibilities:
Total management of the production of premium meat semi-finished products
Development of products and recipes with clear economics and margins
Production planning and quality control
Optimization of processes and implementation efficiency improvement technologies
Sales strategy: HoReCa, distributors, trade networks
Scaling direction and building a sales system
Selection, development and motivation of a team of professionals
Implementation and control of HACCP standards
Market analysis and adaptation of the assortment demand
Requirements:
Experience in production management in the food or meat industry
Understanding product economics and marginality
Skills in strategic planning and building scalable processes
Experience in building a sales system in the HoReCa segment or FMCG
Scale and responsibility: building a system for dozens of clients
Premium segment, modern technologies and a team of professionals
