This is a key leadership role, where you will take ownership of the company's financial operations and drive long-term financial strategy. Working closely with the CEO, you will be instrumental in optimizing our financial performance as we continue to grow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our finance team, manage accounting operations, and contribute to high-level strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Transition accounting functions from external accountants to internal processes, ensuring efficient and accurate management.Manage and mentor 1 direct report with the potential for team expansion as the company grows.Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s scaling objectives and long-term goals.Build and maintain financial models that drive business decisions, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and investment opportunities.Act as a key advisor to the CEO on financial strategy, funding plans, and monetization strategies.Lead fundraising efforts, including preparation of financial materials, investor presentations, and term sheet negotiations.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and maintain a high level of financial transparency and accountability.Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with the company’s operational goals.Requirements:Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Head of Finance, CFO, or Financial Controller, in a fast-growing startup or tech company.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting.Experience with fundraising, including drafting financial documents, engaging with investors, and signing term sheets.Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data to executive leadership.Comfortable working in a remote environment and leading remote teams.High level of attention to detail, with a proactive and hands-on approach to solving challenges.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in global employment services, SaaS, fintech, or a related industry.Prior experience managing a team or department, with a passion for developing and mentoring finance professionals.Familiarity with international accounting standards and tax regulations.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Remote working environment with flexible hours.Opportunity to work directly with the CEO and be a key decision-maker in a high-growth startup.Room for professional growth and career development as we continue to scale globally.Show more Show less Position level Responsible manager Type of employment Full time Job duties Finance and Sales Industries Human resources
