Head of the finance support group

Functional duties responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work and effectiveness of finance function support group specialists.
• Optimization and description of processes in the group.
• Training of workers instructions for group employees.
• Control, analysis and assessment of the state of affairs in the relevant work area and reporting to the chief accountant.
• Verification of invoices.
• Posting of services, MC, including import, transfer, write-off.
• MC accounting by storage locations, inventory, etc.
• Reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers, including non-residents, with customs.< /li>
• Preparation of data for reports at the request of the chief accountant.
• Providing data for audits, inspections.

Our requirements:

• Higher economic education (accounting, economics, finance).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level required) and Polish (preferred).
• A confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and SAP.
• Experience of working in international companies in a similar position.
• High level of motivation for efficiency and the ability to take responsibility for the results of your workyou.
• Communication and customer orientation..
