We are presently in search of skilled and experienced Finance Manager.

Our company support candidates who demonstrate business approach not in words but in deeds. 

•  Responsibilities and hard skills:

- Knowledge of the company’s balance sheet, profit and loss statement (P&L), and cash flow statement.

- Ability to analyze and calculate the profitability of company projects and operations, assess their cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Calculate payroll, correlate expenses with the cost of work, and prepare and maintain payroll statements.

- Monitor the company’s accounts receivable and payable, track and manage debts in a timely manner.

- Control the company's expenses through bank accounts, analyze cash flow, and ensure budget compliance.

- Monitor employee expenses on corporate cards and accountable funds, ensuring compliance with set limits and company policies.

  Requirements and soft skills:

• Analytical thinking.
• Higher education in finance, economics, banking, or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills for working with the team.
• Ability to organize work clearly and structurally.
• Attention to detail.
• Stress resilience.
• Active and proactive attitude.
• Intermedia English.

 Probation period: 1 month.
