• Prompt management of repair and construction, repair and decoration, construction and installation works at the facility ;
• Solving technical issues with Customers at the site;
• Compiling work schedules, reporting and planning;
• Timely procurement of material;
• li> Work with full-time and hired crews;
• Search and selection of executors;
• Setting the technical task for executors;
• Control of the quality and deadlines of work;

• Getting started using the right tools.

Requirements:

• High communication skills, communication skills on the phone and in messengers;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Ukrainian;
• Ability to read drawings;
• Ability to manage your time and determine priorities;
• Resistance to stress and customer orientation;
• Experience of leading teams of 5 or more people;
• Availability of own car.
