Vacancy: Head of the enterprise

Requirements:

• Experience of managerial work at the enterprise (from 3 years ).
• Ability to develop and implement enterprise development strategies.
• Knowledge of the principles of managing production and administrative processes.
• High level of organization and leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of financial management and the ability to work with a budget.
• Team management skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Working conditions:

• Work in an office at the enterprise.
• Salary: negotiable during the interview.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Annual paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
• Control of production and administrative processes.
• Management personnel, organization of team work and ensuring proper execution of tasks.
• Preparation and control of implementation of financial plans, work with the budget.
• Introduction of new technologies and productivity improvement.
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers, partners and customers.
