Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the field of construction from 5 years;< /li>
• Practical work experience in the position of the head of the production and technical department from 2 years.
• Knowledge of norms and management of executive documentation;
• Ability to read drawings;
• Knowledge of building regulations and rules;
• Confident use of necessary work programs (AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat, AVK 5; MS Office).
• knowledge construction standards and norms of the National Academy of Civil Engineering, DSTU
• ability to read design and estimate documentation;
• knowledge of methods for assessing the quality of work performed;
• flexibility in performing work and the ability to quickly find sometimes non-standard solutions in complex production issues.
• Adequacy, professionalism, balance, comprehensive literacy.    Responsibilities:•  
• Compilation of design and estimate documentation, contractual prices and acts of completed works;
• Calculation of volumes of completed works;
• Inspection of acts of works performed by subcontractors.
• Determining and calculating the scope of work, according to defective acts or projects;
• Analysis and planning of works, their verification;
• Preparation of technical documentation and drawing up executive documentation, in particular PORs;
• Visit to objects;
• Study and analysis of design and estimate documentation;
• Preparation of technical documentation and compilation of executive documentation;
• Preparation and closing of acts of completed works (control of work volumes);
• Compile schedule of works;
• Organization of department work and control of timely performance of tasks;
• Control over the provision of construction design and estimate and regulatory and technical documentation;
• Ensuring timely development, verification and coordination of design and estimate documentation; contractual prices for construction;
• Ensuring the receipt of conclusions on the estimate documentation, control over the introduction of changes in accordance with the comments of the expert and the customer;
• Organization of work on the preparation of commercial offers, verification of commercial offers of subcontractors;< /li>
• Verification of the cost of construction, analysis of the cost of objects;
• Control of costs of the estimated limit;
• Control of drawing up acts of completed works with customers and subcontractors;
• Inspection and analysis of the volumes of work performed and materials used;
• Inspection and maintenance of executive documentation;
• Control over the maintenance of executive documentation at construction sites;
• Participation in the preparation of subcontracts, general contracts, inventory controlcreating estimates for all types of construction works.
• PPR control.
• Formation of cumulative information.
