Requirements:
- higher education (psychology, pedagogy, management, social work, etc.);
- fluency in English (not lower than B1);
- MS Excel - advanced user;
>- experience of working in a similar position in manufacturing companies will be an advantage;
- understanding of the peculiarities and needs of business units;
- experience of building a system of competence development and personnel training;
- practical experience of forming the need for training, budgeting, organization and implementation of training programs;
- experience of automation of training processes and personnel development.

Responsibilities:
- audit of the current system of competence development and personnel training;
- implementation of measures to improve the system of competence development and training from planning to performance evaluation;
- control of the budget for training and implementation of the plan;< /li>
- selection and adaptation of effective tools for the implementation of competence development and training programs;
- interaction with external service providers, organization of tenders;
- coordination of methodological work on the development of educational products and their implementation;
- control of compliance of training programs with the needs of the company and their quality;
- development and implementation of personnel programs: adaptation, internship, training and evaluation;
- development and monitoring of L&D metrics;
- digitalization of training and development processes;
- management of the unit team.
