Head of the training center in Avtologistika

Avtologistika company is looking for a Training Center Manager to join its team.

Avtologicista Training Center is a project development of the training center for the purpose of specialized training and employment of students of transport specialties.

Main tasks

• Create a system of education and training of drivers of category С, as well as other categories of drivers with subsequent employment
• Establishing relations with leading transport educational institutions and other educational partners for the purpose of further cooperation
• Coordinating and compiling training programs, courses
< li>Coordination of all aspects of the educational process and quality control of training
• Development of a team of teachers/instructors of all levels and implementation of the latest teaching methods
• Coordination of the preparation of methodological materials for training and their quality control, planning of distance courses training and their implementation
• Organization of the educational process
• Evaluation of students according to various metrics.

• Higher economic, pedagogical or technical education
• Experience of 2 years in the organization of learning processes and understanding of the specifics of work
• Good command of the Ukrainian language
