Head of E-commerce (Fashion Retail)

The official representative in Ukraine and the Czech Republic of the French brands of the "affordable luxury" segment Sandro, Maje, Zadig&Voltaire invites you to work as Head of E-commerce.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing e-commerce in fashion retail / lifestyle / beauty from 3 years.
• Deep understanding of the specifics of fashion e-commerce: content, seasonality, assortment, storytelling.
• Knowledge of modern digital tools: performance marketing, analytics, CRM, automation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer service and building a brand presence online.
• Excellent managerial skills and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, high level of responsibility and aesthetic taste.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of e-commerce brand development strategy (own sites – two sites in Ukraine, one in the Czech Republic, marketplaces, digital channels).
• Optimization of client experience: UX, CRM, personalization, service.
• Implementation of new technological solutions to improve the effectiveness of online sales.
• Analysis of key indicators: traffic, conversion, LTV, ROI, unit economy.
• Budget management, interaction with contractors, control of the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• Development of an omnichannel approach: a single customer story online and offline.
