Head of e-commerce department in COLIN'S

The international company COLIN'S invites a manager of the e-commerce department to its team.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation brand products in the online channel (online store, e-marketplace);
• Interaction with the IT team, external contractors (task setting, execution control, allocation of priorities, evaluation of work efficiency);
• Development and implementation of the strategy of bringing the brand to the online market of Ukraine;
• Participation in the development of a digital strategy for the promotion of the project by the contractor in Ukraine - assessment of communication channels (PPC, CPA, SEO, SMM, youtube, email);

• Market analysis, tracking of market trends (analysis of competitors, promotion channels, marketing activity of competitors, service analysis);
• Marketing budget management – ​​planning, forecasting, efficiency improvement.
• Management of product range on the site;
• Organization of the logistics process of goods to the end customer;
• Maintenance of mutual settlements with external contractors.

We expect:

• Work experience from 3 years;
• Proficiency in Turkish is desirable (will be an advantage);
• Proficiency in English language - no lower than Intermediate;
• Strategic vision of the development of E-commerce in the Ukrainian market;
• Experience in the development of the online channel (the Company's online store and work with contractors);
• Knowledge of Internet marketing tools, basics and sales technology in the e-commerce channel;
• Knowledge of the specifics of selling certain categories of goods;
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and organizational skills, analytical thinking;
• The level of mastery of Excel is above average.
