Head of e-commerce in HELEN MARLEN GROUP

Helen Marlen Group is a leading company in the field of luxury fashion retail in Ukraine, which represents global brands of clothes, shoes and accessories, is looking for a Head of E-commerce, who will lead the development of the online direction of business.

We are looking for a strong leader who will be responsible for the strategic development of the e-commerce direction, the growth of online sales and the improvement of customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of e-commerce development strategy;
• Ensuring the growth of online sales and profitability (P&L responsibility);
• Management of all online channels: website, mobile version, marketplaces;
• Optimization of customer journey and conversion;
• Digital marketing management (SEO, PPC, email, performance marketing). logistics);
• Online merchandising and content management;
• Development of omnichannel solutions (click&collect, marketplace integration).

Our expectations:

• Experience in the position of Head of E-commerce / E-commerce Director from 3-5 years;
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and performance channels;
• Deep understanding analytics and key e-commerce metrics;
• Experience in the fashion / luxury segment will be an advantage;
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (CMS): Shopify / Magento / or custom solutions;
• Understanding of e-commerce product architecture and integrations (CRM, ERP, payment systems, logistics);
• Experience in setting tasks for developers and managing backlog (Agile/Scrum). 17:00;
