Responsibilities:

• Strategic management: Development and implementation of business development strategy in e-commerce;
• Team management: Training and management of personnel, formation of effective teams;
• Financial control: Calculation of business profitability, budget planning and management, analysis of financial indicators, cost optimization;
• Marketing and advertising: Development of marketing strategies, management of advertising campaigns in Digital channels, analysis of the effectiveness of promotions;
• Technological development: Follow innovations in e-commerce, provide technical support and development online platforms;
• Analytics and metrics: Using data to analyze the effectiveness of strategies, monitoring key performance indicators and KPI execution;
• Call center management. control of communications with clients, control of conversion from lead to order formation, service standards.
• Management and setting goals for agencies on SEO promotion, control over performance of indicators by contractors.
• Communications: Coordination of all processes related to the operation of the online store;
