Hello! 

We are Netpeak Talent, looking for Head of E-commerce for a very ambitious fashion project.

Beginning its history back in 2019, the company currently officially cooperates with global fashion brands: Armani Exchange, BALR. , Bikkembergs, Cerruti, Colmar, EA7, Emporio Armani, HUGO, Richmond and Italian women's clothing brands. Since 2022, they began to actively develop the women's multi-brand direction of Ukrainian brands.

And now the brand has an ambitious goal - to make a cool fashion retail marketplace (a Ukrainian analogue of Farfetch ).

In addition, the company is also developing offline:

  1. A new 500 square meter mini center is opening in Chernivtsi.
  2. Expansion is planned and there will be stores in Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv and Bucharest.

So you will definitely be interested in working on the project :)
 

Important: head office is located in Chernivtsi. Your location is not essential, but occasional business trips to Chernivtsi (expenses will be covered by the company).

What are we looking for in you?

1. Deep understanding of e-commerce platform setup and optimization processes, including integration with warehouse management systems, payment gateways and CRM systems.
2. Ability to analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPI) to determine the profitability of e-commerce operations. Ability to use financial reports to make strategic decisions.
3. Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing and management of paid advertising campaigns.
4. The ability to analyze competitors and market trends to form a strategy that allows you to take a leading position in the market. 
5. Experience in managing multifunctional teams and projects, including coordination of work between e-commerce, marketing, logistics and capital management.
6. Knowledge of modern e-commerce technologies, process automation, analytical tools and their implementation to improve business processes and increase efficiency.

Your experience in the fashion industry is not important. However, the following are definitely important:

Your future tasks:< /p>

1. Analysis of the existing online store and competitors
1.1. Analyze the current state of the e-commerce platform (functionality, UX/UI, download speed) and compare with competitors.
1.2. Provide a report on the main problems and opportunities for improvement.
1.3. Prepare a strategy to improve conversion and average check.

2. Optimization of catalog and product structure
2.1.Analyze the current structure of categories and product cards.
2.2.Propose optimization to improve user experience and increase conversion.
2.3.Test changes and report results.

3. Development and launch of promotional campaigns
3.1. Generate ideas for promotional campaigns aimed at increasing online sales.
3.2. Launch at least two campaigns with clear KPIs: attract new customers, increase the number of orders, increase of the average check.
3.3. Analyze the results and prepare recommendations for improving future campaigns.

4. Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising channels and their optimization
4.1. Analyze the current effectiveness of advertising channels (contextual advertising, targeting in social networks, email marketing).
4.2. Provide recommendations for optimizing the advertising budget taking into account CPA, ROI .
4.3. Implement changes in the distribution of advertising budgets and evaluate the results.

5. Implementation of tools for analysis and tracking of key indicators
5.1. Check the settings of analytical systems (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
5.2. Define key performance indicators (KPI) and implement a dashboard to track sales, user behavior and marketing metrics.
5.3. Prepare regular reports and recommendations based on the received data.

6. Development and implementation of omnichannel strategy
6.1. Analyze the current points of interaction with customers (online and offline).
6.2. Develop a plan for the integration of omnichannel solutions (click & collect, synchronization of prices and promotions).
6.3. Implement the first stages of an omnichannel strategy and report on the results.
