Head of e-commerce in Professional Nail Boutique (PNB)

Beauty brand looking for Managere-commerce. We are looking for a professional who is close and dear to the beauty market. Our candidate has work experience in marketing (preferably in the field of beauty), with the desire to realize his potential, bringing his and our ideas to life.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:— Determination of short-term and long-term goals for online sales in Ukraine and the EU; — Development of e-commerce development plan.
• Implementation of new business processes:
• Planning and forecasting:
• Team management: — Hiring, training and management of employees who deal with various aspects of e-commerce (marketing, sales, customer support, IT, etc.) in the online sales department; — Task setting and execution control. Marketing and advertising: Development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones; - Use of SEO, SMM, content marketing and email marketing tools.
• Marketing initiatives: - Interaction with marketing and IT department to develop advertising campaigns and promote products. — Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing and digital strategies.
• Analysis and reporting: — Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), such as traffic, conversions, average check, etc.; — Analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Assortment management: — Determination of the optimal assortment of goods; - Coordination with the analyst and inventory management.
• Optimization of the user experience: - Improving the usability of the site and the mobile application (PNB and JOIA); — Ensuring fast and high-quality customer service.
• Development of technological solutions: — Introduction of new technologies and tools to improve the functionality of online stores; — Support and updating of the e-commerce platform (if necessary).
• Cooperation with partners: — Building cooperation with new and maintaining relations with existing logistics companies, payment systems and other partners.
