Requirements:
- higher education
- work experience in a similar specialty from 3 years
- experience in team management and project implementation
- knowledge of current trends in the field of direct marketing
- analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- li>experience working with customer databases and tools for their analysis
- skills in working with email marketing (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo)
- fluent command of the Ukrainian language and a high level of English (not lower B2)
- creativity, sociability, ability to make effective decisions and take responsibility for results.
Main tasks:
- planning and control of the implementation of campaigns aimed directly at consumers, such as e-mails, push, SMS, Viber messages
- control of the creation of effective content plans for each communication channel
< li> definition of target groups of customers and ensuring creation personalized messages for each group- evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (opening of letters, clicks, conversions, etc.) and the use of data to improve future campaigns
- cooperation with other departments of the company (sales, analytics, marketing ))
- control of support, updating customer contact lists and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of their data
- control of A/B testing to determine the most effective messages and communication channels, improvement processes based on the obtained results.
